To ensure that you receive your subscription upgrade/s please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct on Autodesk's Subsription Centre.

Click on the 'Forgot User ID' link. On the next page, submit your email address to receive your User ID by email.

Forgotten your password?
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link. On the next page enter your User ID and email address. You'll receive your password via email.
